Over 70 staff from across Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut came together today to learn how to serve their members better. Serving as the first ever out of state training for the BGC Webster Dudley staff it was a quick drive filled with many exercises and eye opening scenarios.
