Pictured to the left, Summer Camp supervisors Samantha Miller and Lily Curtis man the Boys and Girls Club of Webster-Dudley table at Webster's annual National Night Out at Webster's own Memorial Beach last night. Hosted by the local Police and Fire Department, National Night Out brings the community together through a free family-style cookout including tables set up by local businesses with games and prizes for the kids. As tradition goes, the Boys and Girls Club lent out our grill for the event in order for the local fire fighters to whip up some hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner, as well as set up a table of our own, dishing out our own share of goodies and information. Fortunately, the weather held up and everyone was able to enjoy a sunny, warm, early August evening together learning helpful information about safety and the neighborhood around us.
